Passenger Property
The recommendation of the department of transport is that for safety of passengers each passenger is limited to a maximum baggage weight of 10 kilos per person unless previously agreed with the company.
The driver is the sole arbiter as to the carriage of passenger luggage and storage.
The company will not accept liability for any damage or loss of any property left on a vehicle by a passenger.
Personal & Lost Property
Left something on one of our vehicles?
Don’t panic if you have misplaced something on one of our vehicles — it happens to everyone at some point.
All lost property recovered from a vehicle will be stored at the depot where the vehicle is based for up to one month. During this time, passengers are welcome to contact us to arrange collection.
After the one-month period has passed, the company reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed items appropriately.
Perishable Items
Perishable items may be discarded immediately for health and hygiene reasons.

We always recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you believe you have left something on one of our vehicles.
